Architecture For Innovation

Gravitat – BTV House of Innovation is an innovation hub for a new generation of entrepreneurs.

The modern architecture offers a free, flexible workplace design. Sustainable construction, regional craftsmanship, architect-designed furniture, spacious rooftop terraces and state-of-the-art technical infrastructure form the framework for innovative design on all of its bright and sunny floors.

  • 3,500 meters of geothermal probes for sustainable heating and air conditioning
  • 58 underground parking spaces
  • 4 e-charging stations

The building complex was nominated for the Austrian National Architecture Award in 2021.

Our architecture makes the building an urban focal point for Dornbirn.

Architect Rainer Köberl

In the heart of Dornbirn’s vibrant centre, Gravitat – BTV House of Innovation is embedded in its environment. Surrounded by markets, banks, shops and restaurants, it is conveniently located, minimising the carbon footprint. Public transport is just around the corner. Bicycles can be safely stored in the underground car park right beside the EV charging stations.

The building is a modern workplace and can also be used as a temporary innovation laboratory. The fourth floor is an open space for events, workshops and innovation- and impact-focused programmes.
